Please note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
Shipping Methods
- Order Shipping Deadline: 4:00 PM daily (PDT/GMT)
- Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods (e.g., Holiday Activities), processing may take up to 5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
- If your order is not delivered within 12 business days, please contact our customer service team at support@emiah.com.
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. But don't worry, we will continue to follow up and try our best to provide you with the best service.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and a link to track your package online.
Delivery
- Delivery Address: Please ensure your delivery address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.We cannot arrange re-shipping for parcels returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses or unavailability at the delivery location.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If the courier cannot deliver your package after several attempts, it may be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange for redelivery, which may incur additional shipping costs.
- Signature Requirement: For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery to ensure the safe receipt of your products.
Customs And Import Duty
- For US customers, no additional taxes or duties apply. The price you see is the final price you pay.
- The order total you see on the checkout page (i.e. goods subtotal + shipping cost) is what you pay to us. However, for international shipment, the recipient is responsible for all the customs charges by his/her country. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
- Import duties and VAT may or may not be levied and will only be determined when the shipment goes through Customs in your country. Please check your country's import policy to understand your liability.
- All duties and taxes levied are your (the buyers) responsibility and shall be paid directly to the buyer's government or to the courier company when the goods are delivered.
- In general, there only be a small number of countries need to clear customs. if unfortunately, your order need to clear customs tax, and you need to make a payment again, please contact with us directly first.
Shipping Methods
- Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, DPD, or Westernpost.
- FREE shipping applies to all items.
Changes to Your Order
If you need to change the shipping address or modify your order after it has been placed, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order is over 24 hours old or in the processing stage.
